Not sure what to expect and looking for answers?  From what happens during birth and the transition to parenthood, to tips for positive birthing and becoming a new parent. This introductory workshop, delivered by Mothering the Mother, is a gentle introduction to all you need to know during labour and when you bring your new baby home. Expectant parents and birth partners welcome. Light refreshments provided.
