A sociable evening of relaxation for local pregnant women to meet and make friends. A combination of relaxation techniques, visualisations and a chance to make your own positive affirmations to use throughout your pregnancy. The evening will be very informal, with a focus on meeting like minded people in the community. The perfect evening to meet other pregnant mamas! PLUS you will get to learn a bit about hypnobirthing and ask me any questions!
